The Förgyllaren 10 project is located in Örebro city in Ladugårdsängen district. The high-rise building will serve as a landmark in the area, clear marker of district and entrance to the area form the north. In the building there are about 50 apartments and several business premises. The building consists of 15 floors, is characterized by its patterned brick, the generous balconies framed by bricks and large windows. The building is divided into three volumes with different heights that interact with each other and form a front facing south.
