Already at the tender stage, we create a 3D model of the planned building. This model remains the basis of all further work, which we continuously supplement and refine according to the stages of the project. BIM stands for Building Information Modeling. It's 3D design technology that allows the digital investment model to be managed at every stage, not just during design. This enables the engineer to regularly analyze the properties of the building and make changes to it. BIM includes the model of the building (with all its properties) and enables the use of this model for all partners.
