Idungården is a modern 6-storey coworking space located in the center of Ålesund, Norway. Coloured concrete elements provide a unique expression to this building. Besides their aesthetic aspect, the façade elements provided by Consolis Spenncon have a special geometry for implementing sunscreen systems and LED lights: a great challenge for both design and factory. The design was achieved through extensive use of BIM and collaboration between Spenncon teams in Norway and CES Polska designers in Poland. The supply also includes hollow-cores slabs, columns, beams, walls and elevator-shaft.
