Production, service and office building of Karl Storz Video Endoscopy Estonia OÜ.
In cooperation with E-Betoonelement, the element parts of the building were designed in CES Estonia.
2016 the building received the Concrete Building of the Year special award for the design of the architectural facade solution. To diversify the exterior of the prefabricated building, the outer skin of the panels is divided horizontally into rectangles with false joints. The look of the playful facade is given by the use of two different patterned dies, to which are added smooth rough surfaces.
